    1. I don't know that I agree with Rice's assertions in this book, but it seems to me, so far as I have read, that it is the most logical reconciliation between predestination and free will. Although, taken to an extreme, Open Theism can create an impotent god, so it has to be approached with caution and an understanding of the semantics Rice is using. Five stars because it takes on a challenging topic with humility, acknowledging that there are some matters of faith we will never know for sure here [...]
